Victoria's career within the customer service and sales industry spans 18 years, the last 14 of which she has spent working within the recruitment sector. Victoria joined Vedior Asia Pacific in 1998 and currently holds the position of Director of People and Development. This strategic role has her overseeing a broad portfolio which includes the performance and development (training) requirements of the organisation, along with a range of human capital and internal recruitment responsibilities and overseeing the organisation's business management systems. The role sees her focus on the enhancement of Vedior Asia Pacific's human capital, strengthening the company's position as Best Employer and the retention and further development of it's intellectual property.
Prior to this, Victoria held the position of Group Services Manager for 4 years and applied the 7 years experience spent on the "recruitment frontline" to Vedior Asia Pacific's Finance department.
Victoria joined Vedior Asia Pacific as the Sydney Operations Manager, before moving into the strategic position of General Manager of Select Teleresources. In this role Victoria was responsible for the national operations of five offices, servicing the call centre, customer service, sales and teleservices industries. With a focus on key account management, business development, strategic planning and management of volume recruitment projects, Victoria successfully managed and grew the Teleresources business across Australia.
Melanie Goldman - Group People ManagerMelanie Goldman's recruitment career began in 1995 when she commenced with Vedior Asia Pacific in our Select Appointments brand. Melanie worked in the capacity of Temporary Recruitment Consultant and recruited for both the Private and Public sectors.
Following a short overseas hiatus, Melanie returned to Vedior Asia Pacific and worked as a Permanent Recruitment Consultant before accepting a promotion to work in the Information Technology division as a Technical Trainer. This role grew into a more varied training role ultimately leading to Melanie being made Manager of the Learning and Development department. Here she provided facilitation and management of the organisations training programs including sales, advertising, database and process training, for our sales and infrastructure staff.
Melanie's current role sees her back on the recruitment frontline overseeing various internal recruitment lines inclusive of Pure Talent, Groovy Moves (our internal referral program), Graduate Program (Australia/New Zealand) and our soon to be launched International Exchange Program (which looks to promote intercompany transfers with our international businesses).
Helen Gardner - Talent ResourcerHelen joined the Vedior Asia Pacific group on a business sponsorship with our Clinical One brand in the capacity of Allocations Consultant. This candidate focused role required her to maintain close relationships with the candidates she interviewed in order to be able to effectively fill the high volume of nursing vacancies. Helen joined the Pure Talent team in March 2007 and uses her well honed interviewing skills to help Vedior Asia Pacific find the best possible recruitment talent within various businesses.
